Individual Sessions

Individual therapy provides a supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a way that is personalized to your unique needs and goals. The goal is to create greater understanding, healing, and empowered change.

Couples Counseling

Couples counseling offers an opportunity to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection within your relationship. Relationships can become stuck in painful cycles of conflict, disconnection, or unmet needs, leaving both partners feeling hurt, misunderstood, or emotionally distant.

Using an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approach, couples counseling helps partners move beyond surface-level arguments to better understand the emotions and attachment needs underneath their interactions. The goal is to foster greater security, connection, and healthier patterns of communication so couples can navigate challenges together and build a stronger, more fulfilling relationship.

Trauma Therapy

Traumatic experiences can leave lasting emotional wounds that affect the way you view yourself, navigate relationships, and respond to everyday life. Trauma may stem from abuse, neglect, grief and loss, relationship wounds, violence, accidents, or other overwhelming experiences that continue to feel emotionally distressing long after they occur.

These unresolved experiences can contribute to anxiety, emotional overwhelm, disconnection, difficulty trusting others, or feeling stuck in painful patterns.

Therapy offers a space to process these experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward healing, empowerment, and renewed connection with yourself and others. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy may also be used to help process traumatic memories, reduce emotional distress, and support lasting healing and recovery.
